FlamenCompaniet
FlamenCompaniet is a freelance flamenco dance and music ensemble from Trondheim, aimed at our local Norwegian audience. They include some lyrics in Norwegian, and explain the rich but sometimes hard to understand flamenco traditions.The ensemble was founded in 2009 by dancer Hilde Handegard to accompany her dance students with live music. It has since developed into an autonomous project performing at festivals, producing musical theater for children and making travels to Southern Spain to learn and gather inspiration for composing their own material.
